Our CHC41215 - Certificate IV in Career Development comprises 13 units (8 core units and 5 elective units) completed within 12 months. You will learn the skills and knowledge required to provide programs and services to individuals and groups of clients and employers to support people in planning their career and/or locating, securing and maintaining suitable employment.

For students who are eligible to access funding through the Higher Level Skills program, students must be an Existing Worker in the Community Services and Health industry and be able to provide current evidence of this. This course is open entry however, students enrolling into the CHC41215 Certificate IV in Career Development course will be required to undertake a Literacy & Numeracy Indicator prior to commencement of the course. This allows our trainers to identify any strengths and where additional support may be required. Jigsaw Training Group (RTO #32423) is a Prequalified Supplier of the CHC41215 - Certificate IV in Career Development. We are able to offer eligible students funded places under the Queensland Government's Higher Level Skills program.
Each student funded under the Higher Level Skills Program is required to pay a co-contribution fee towards their qualification. The student co-contribution for the CHC41215 – Certificate IV in Career Development is $100.00 for non- concessional students and $50 for concessional students. This equates to $6.66 per unit of competency for non-concessional student and $3.33 for concessional students.
