You will learn the skills and knowledge required to exercise discretion and judgement using appropriate knowledge to provide technical advice and support to a team.
Our BSB31115 – Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical) is designed for people wishing to work in various medical administration contexts.
With Jigsaw’s self-paced learning, you will be allocated a trainer who will be in regular contact and assist you through your studies.
The course is delivered via our online learning portal and you receive access to your all learning and assessment materials online.

This course is open entry however, students enrolling into this course will be required to undertake a Literacy & Numeracy Indicator prior to commencement of the course. Each student funded under the Certificate 3 Guarantee Program is required to pay a co-contribution fee towards their qualification.
